Zero-Tolerance Inspection Standard

Apex Sourcing Check prohibits bribery, kickbacks, side payments, undisclosed commissions, gifts, entertainment, or any improper benefit offered to influence an inspection result. Our inspectors are required to report what they physically observe, not what a supplier wants recorded.

Inspector Conduct & Evidence Integrity

Inspectors may not accept cash, gifts, meals, travel upgrades, accommodation, commissions, or personal favors from suppliers, factory staff, sourcing agents, or client-side intermediaries. Photo, video, timestamp, and report evidence must be captured honestly and may not be staged, deleted, softened, or manipulated to hide defects.

Supplier Pressure & Client Responsibility

Clients must not ask Apex Sourcing Check to conceal findings, intimidate suppliers, exaggerate failures, or create leverage beyond the factual inspection record. If a supplier attempts to influence an inspector through money, gifts, access threats, or reporting pressure, the incident may be documented in the final report.

Reporting Improper Conduct

Any client, supplier, or inspector who suspects improper payment requests, altered reporting, or unethical conduct should contact the Apex Sourcing Check Hong Kong desk immediately. Reports will be reviewed internally and handled with confidentiality where commercially possible.

Consequences of Bribery Attempts

Apex Sourcing Check may suspend, cancel, or refuse inspection work where bribery, coercion, report manipulation, or supplier obstruction creates a material integrity risk. Where payment has already been made, refunds or credits will be handled according to the applicable service terms and the facts of the incident.
