We collect business identifiers including corporate names, contact emails, WhatsApp/phone numbers, Chinese WeChat IDs, physical factory location routing data, and uploaded product specification blueprints. This data is used solely to route our local inspectors, communicate report findings, and process secure billing transactions.
Cross-Border Data Disclosures
To complete your requested on-site inspection, target supplier operational metrics, WeChat coordinates, and factory addresses will be securely shared with our local on-the-ground inspector network within mainland China and Hong Kong. We execute strict internal non-disclosure boundaries to ensure your private product specs are never leaked to third-party manufacturers or competing sourcing agencies.
Secure Payment Vaulting
Apex Sourcing Check does not view or store your credit card or bank credentials. All financial payment details are vaulted safely using Stripe’s secure, 256-bit encrypted checkout architecture.
Data Retention & Your Rights
We store your uploaded inspection spec sheets and final PDF media reports securely in our database for a duration of 24 months to assist you with historical re-orders, after which data is permanently wiped. Clients maintain full rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) to request immediate deletion or modification of their information at any time by contacting our Hong Kong desk.
